Social Awareness for Students @ ZP High School, Narva, Vizag
Dear Friends,
Pleased to inform a programme in the name of “విద్యార్థులు – సామాజిక స్పృహ” is organized jointly by SPOSA & SVS Seva Samithi at ZP High School, Narva, Visakhapatnam on 14th Nov 2013.
Below are the program highlights along with the snaps.
- Around 2000 students from 12 Govt. High Schools of nearby locations of Narva participated.
- SPOSA Chairman Sri V. V. Lakshminarayana is invited as the chief guest.
- Guest of Honors are Sri G. Balaji, Chairman SVS Seva Samithi and Sri Venkata Subbaiah, Organizing President Vizag chapter.
- SPOSA memebers – Dr. Sujatha (SSC 1976) MD (gynec), Smt K. S. Padmaja (SSC 1980) Scientist – NSTL addressed the students as guests.
- Infrastructure worth of Rs. 91 Lakhs includes New Building of 8 class rooms, Dais, Dining & Kitchen Hall, Compound Wall, Walking Track, Toilets for Boys & Girls, Water Treatment Plant, Land Levelling constructed and developed by SVS Seva Samithi are dedicated to the School by the Chief Guest.
- Chief Guest inaugurated newly built Dais, addressed & interacted with the students. The Programme was very live and heart touching.
- Sri Naresh Kumar, Chief Executive Officer Symbiosis, Visakhapatnam guest of the function announced Rs. 1 lakh to SPOSA. He requested to utilize the interest incurred on this amount by way of scholarship for the topper of 10th class, ZP High School Narva in the name of “V. V. Lakshminarayana, IPS, former JD, CBI”.
- After lunch session Chief Guest interacted with Head Masters & Teachers and offered valuable suggestions for improvement of teaching.
