Pleased to inform you all that 2nd dose of Hepatitis ‘B’ vaccination and Eye, Gynec tests is planned at SLMP as below.

Note: cards issued during the first dose to be brought for vaccination
Eye & Gynec Tests
Date: 06 Dec 2015 only
Registration Fee: 20/- per head for both tests
Note: Medicines will be supplied at free of cost
Venue: Srisailam Project High School
Timings: from 9.00 AM to 3.00 PM
