Pleased to inform you all that Srisailam Project Old Students’ Association is planning for Hepatitis ‘B’ screening & vaccination for all the residents of SLMP as below.
Screening Date: 31 Oct 2015
Vaccine Date: 01 Nov 2015

Venue: Reddy Kalyana Mandapam, Srisailam Project
Immunisation Schedule
1st Dose: on 31st Oct
2nd Dose: 1 month after 1st dose
3rd Dose: 6 months after 1st dose
Registrations can be done at Rs.60/- (for all 3 doses) per head with Anna Venu Gopal (+91 94410 30248) & B. Viswanath (+91 94416 12015).
Screening is done at free of cost.
Difference of vaccine actual cost will be borne by the Association.
All the old students are requested to support this noble cause and large scale program.
